Savory Tomato Fish Fillets

  Preheat oven to 450F/230C.

diced tomatoes, drained

  Spoon half of the tomatoes

 

   

 

  into a baking dish.

fish fillets

  Arrange on top of the

 

   

 

  tomatoes.

 

   

 

   

 

   

salt

  Sprinkle over the fish.
     

pepper

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

  Spoon the rest of the

 

   

 

  tomatoes over the fish.

bread crumbs

  Combine.

  30 mL

dried parsley

  Sprinkle over the fish.

  30 mL

butter, melted

cloves garlic, crushed

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

  Bake until fish is opaque and

 

   

 

  flakes easily with a fork

 

   

 

  (about 20 minutes).
