Crispy Tofu Fingers

Real Mom Prep Time:   9 minutes

          Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
           
1 lb   500 g

firm tofu

  Cut into sticks.
           
           
3 Tbsp   45 mL

olive oil

  Place in a shallow bowl.
           

 

   

 

   

1/2 cup

  125 mL

bread crumbs

  Combine in another shallow bowl.

3 Tbsp

  45 mL

sesame seeds

   
1 Tbsp   15 mL

nutritional yeast

   

1/2 tsp

  2 mL

paprika

   

 

   

 

   

 

   

 

   
     

 

  Roll tofu sticks in oil, then in

 

   

 

  crumb mixture.

 

   

 

  Bake on oiled baking sheet

 

   

 

  for 20-25 minutes.
